What are your maximum size and thickness limits for sheet metal bending? +

Equipped with heavy-duty Trumpf and AMADA press brakes applying up to 300 tons of force, our facility can process structural metal plates up to 14mm thick and accommodate maximum bending lengths reaching 4000mm.

How do you handle material springback to ensure consistent bend angles? +

Our CNC press brakes are integrated with advanced angle measurement systems and robotic bending cells. This technology automatically compensates for material springback in real-time, maintaining a strict ±0.1mm tolerance across high-volume production runs.

Can you manufacture parts that require complex, multi-axis forming? +

Yes. We maintain an extensive inventory of standard V-dies, gooseneck punches, and hemming tools to handle U-channels, offset bends, and multi-axis configurations. If your design requires highly specialized profiles, our engineering team can also develop custom tooling in-house.

Do you apply surface finishes before or after the bending process? +

To prevent surface cracking and eliminate tooling marks at the bend radius, all structural components are formed and deburred first. Once fully shaped (and welded, if required), they are routed directly to our 515-meter automated powder coating line or sent for liquid painting.
