Controlled Bending Accuracy: The side flanges and mounting slots are formed using Trumpf TruBend 5230 press brakes. The equipment’s angle measurement system maintains bend tolerances of ±0.1mm ensuring consistent fitment.

Surface Protection: The panel is finished with electrostatic powder coating. This coating provides a uniform layer that covers raw metal edges created during punching, preventing oxidation and rust.

Customizable Open Area: Hole patterns (round, square, or hexagonal) and pitch are customizable based on client CAD drawings to meet specific airflow or filtration requirements.
